This three layers EVOH-PERT Pipe Production Line is used to produce EVOH-GLUE-PERT Pipe, the evoh layer is outer, EVOH layer can effectively prevent oxygen from entering piping system, protecting pipe parts in system for rapid corrosion, suppressing bacterium and algae virology growth in the pipe and ensuring water quaty freshly and cleanly. This production line was combined by three extruders, composite Die Head Moulds, Vacuum Calibration tank, cooling tank, haul-off machine, coiler machine,etc.

1. Three Layers Extruder for each Layer
The 3 layers composite EVOH pipe production line adopts advanced extrusion technology with several extruders and coextrusion die head mold, which makes the composite pipe bond firmly with precise size. The screw and barrel are specially designed according to the property of EVOH resin. It is suitable for stable extrusion of high melt pressure of oxygen barrier resin.
