After so many years experience accumulation, we have developed a whole system of technology to produce multi-layers composite pipe making machines.
For 5 layers PERT/EVOH Oxygen Barrier Composite Pipe production line, we have 15m/min and 35m/min standard confirguration. Here are some discription of 15m/min model.
→ Our self-developed co-extrusion die head mold which has been vertified and improved for a long period of time has many advantages, such as easy operating, even layer thickness and high accuracy of pipe size.
→ The 5 layers PERT/EVOH Oxygen Barrier Composite Pipe production line adopts advanced co-extrusion technology and uses reliable main and auxiliary extruders with excellent performance and perfect interaction so that yje multiple layers can be bonded firmly and the size of the pipe can be accurate.
→ All of our low voltage electrics are using Schneider brand.
