Although KAIDE factory is specialized in manufacturing High Speed and Composite pipe production line from 2001. But actually the founder, Mr Zhang has worked in this field over 32 years, starting on his 20 years old age.

For 5 layers PERT/EVOH Oxygen Barrier Composite Pipe production line, we have 15m/min and 35m/min standard confirguration. Here are some discription of 15m/min model.
→ Our self-developed co-extrusion die head mold which has been vertified and improved for a long period of time has many advantages, such as easy operating, even layer thickness and high accuracy of pipe size.
→ The 5 layers PERT/EVOH Oxygen Barrier Composite Pipe production line adopts advanced co-extrusion technology and uses reliable main and auxiliary extruders with excellent performance and perfect interaction so that yje multiple layers can be bonded firmly and the size of the pipe can be accurate.
