6. Safty Door equipped. One the door open, the reeler will not work to ensure the safty operation for workers.

7. Siemens PLC control system. Independent from the the whole line, separately controlling by the intelligent Siemens PLC control system.

8. Laser identification for easy adjust the coiling inner diameter or width

9. Adjustable coiler ID and Width

10. Length calculation function equipped

    Once the coiling length reach up to the setting value, it will alarm in advance.
