1) Based on more than 20 year's technology accumulation of high speed pipe lines manufacturing, this purifier water tube line can realize high speed production, get balance and stable pressure of LPDE material during extrusion.

2)  As per features of soft LDPE tube, the downstream equipment adopted upgraded servo haul-off, servo cutting, servo traverse unit on coiler, ensures the constant speed, even stress and pipe tolerance well controlled during high speed production.

3) Adopted imported PLC system to realize many intelligent operations, such as multi-machine linkage, separate machine  control, fault diagnosis, remote control etc. At same time, advanced on line monitoring and control technologies, such as servo tracking technology, static digital filter technology etc., are used to ensure plasticizing quality and produced pipe accuracy under high speed extrusion

4) Gravimetric material dosing system and Laser diameter measuring system are also applied to control produced pipe quality.
