Product Description
This HDPE Pipe Machine is mainly used to produce the thin thickness HDPE pipe for irrigation system, as the main pipe line in this system, this HDPE pipe widely applicated in the fields of green house, farm planting,landscape,etc.
(1) This HDPE Pipe line adopts specially designed high efficient Long L/D Ration five section type Extruders, its screw and barrel was independently designed by KAIDE Company, which is heated by ceramic heater, temperature automatically controlled by Siemens PLC.
(2) Motor and reducer are all adopted famous brand with stable performance and high quality.
(3) ABB Inveter Brand, and Schneider electrics components.
(1) KAIDE Patented calibrator design, ensuring the high speed pipe forming and stable production of PE Pipe.
(2) Vacuum tank and cooling tank raw materials: SS304# Stainless steel, surface with special treatment painting.
(3) The forward-backward movement is controlled by electrics motor,very convenient for operation.
(1) The haul-off device for HDPE Pipe Machine is particular designed for high speed and stable pipe hauling, synchronous controlled with extruder and Gravimeter system.
