• Screw: nitriding, polishing, nitriding thickness 0.5-0.7mm, the screw adopt our own designing structure of 5-zone type for high effective plasticizing
• Gravimeter equipped which can reduce the raw material cost, and reduce the machine starting time, what's more, can ensure the pipe weight per meter is constantly.
• Composite technology die head with high precision and specialized high speed calibrator ensure the finished pipe's size is accurate.
