KAIDE factory was established in 2001. But actually, we started to produce Aluminum pipe production line from 1998. What's more, our founder, Mr Zhang has been in this industry for over 30 years. He was started in this field from his 20+ years old.

According to different raw materials, AL-plastic pipe lines including PEX-AL-PEX, PERT-AL-PERT, PPR-AL-PEX, PE-AL-PE.

PEX-AL-PEX pipes are more popular in Africa and West European countries, like France, Algeria, Tunisia etc, and PPR-AL-PPR pipes are popular in East European Countries, like Russia, Ukraine etc.

♦ The aluminum pipe is formed by ultrasonic overlap welding machine. The welder is a key part of the production line. KAIDE machinery's welder are from China reliable 721 Military enterprises well-known branded welder supplier. Quality is stable like China Army.

♦ Pipe appearance is welded seamly and evenly

♦ It adopts original imported new generation PLC control system with full color screen, which ensures the high speed synchronous control and reliable operating of the whole production line.

♦ The technology will be further developed based on original production machine technology.

The aluminum pipe forming molds and co-extrusion die head molds have been optimized and manufactured by imported high precise CNC machine, which has greatly increased the pipe forming accuracy and production speed.

♦ All of the upgraded spare parts drawings will be kept in our technical system for 3 years. You don't need to be worried about the original equipmeny accessiories after product upgraded.

♦ Every year, KAIDE invest 30% of the profit to develop and catch up with the world leading level, like Maillefer, Kraussmaffei etc.

♦ PEX-AL-PEX pipes are used for hot or cold water supplying system. PEX Aluminum pipe is more preferred by Africa and West European countries.
