The production line is used to produce Five Layers PPR-GLUE-ALUMINUM-GLUE-PPR Pipe, which is used for hot water transportation, it is one kind of composite Aluminum plastics pipe, with high strength, oxygen barrier, high temperature heating resistance. This production line configurated by four extruders, inner die head moulds, outer die head moulds, aluminum forming unit, pipe haul-off machine, pipe coiler machine, stacker, etc.

• This ppr al ppr pipe line was equipped four extruder, for inner ppr layer, inner glue layer, outer ppr layer, outer glue layer, each extruder was specially designed according to different raw materials properties. 
• Screw and Barrel treatment: .38CrMomAl, Nitrided thickness 0.5mm-0.7mm 
• A.C Motor ,with ABB Frequency inverter 
• Circulated water cooling system 

High Precision Ultrasonic Welder Machine

• Welding Speed : 3m-8m/min 

Aluminum Pipe Forming Roller 

• The technology has been further developed based on original production machine technology.
• The Aluminum pipe forming molds and co extrusion die head molds have been optimized and manufactured by imported high precise CNC machine, which have greatly increased the pipe forming accuracy and production speed.

PLC control system

The five layers aluminum plastic pipe line adopts original Siemens new generation PLC control system with full color screen, which ensures the high speed synchronous control and reliable operating of the whole production line.
