In particularly, the silicon layer extruder that is designed according to it’s material feature can ensure the efficient and stable extrusion.

Co-Extrusion Die Head Moulds

The adjustable co-extrusion die head mould of Microduct PE Pipe Making Machine, our patent product, can make the primary plastic material and silicon material composite quickly and evenly. There is no need to adjust extruder speed to get ideal wall thickness of each layer, which can reduce the dependence on operator’s skill during production process.

Specialilzed Microduct Coiler Machine
